Thousands of children are in foster care in Baltimore City. We can't change where these children come from but we can have an impact on their future. Court Appointed Special Advocates make a difference.

CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Baltimore is a volunteer-driven non-profit organization committed to serving abused and neglected children by representing their voices in the Baltimore City court system and advocating for their best interests in the judicial, educational, medical, and social service communities.

CASA of Baltimore is supported in part by a CASA Grant from the Maryland Judiciary, Administrative Office of the Courts, Dept. of Family Administration.
CASA of Baltimore is a member of the National CASA Association.
