2007 Orientation & Training Schedule

Volunteer Orientation: CASA orientation sessions will provide information on the organization, the roles and responsibilities of the CASA volunteer, and will begin the screening process required for new volunteers. Please contact the CASA office for a volunteer application, further information and to register for an orientation session.

Volunteer Training: Please contact CASA Baltimore to find out when the next volunteer training class for working with abused and neglected children will begin. Anyone interested in participating in this training class MUST submit an application and have a personal interview before entering training and must have attended a previously scheduled, orientation session. Please contact the CASA Office at (410) 244-1465 for further details.

In-Service Training: CASA volunteers are required to attend 12 hours per year of in-service training. We try to provide opportunities in-house as well as to offer registrations to trainings/workshops and conferences offered in the area throughout the year.
